Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. This includes 2–5 business days for production plus shipping time. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on destination.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50. It is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.

Where do you ship from?
Our products are printed and fulfilled by Gelato, a global print-on-demand network. Your order is produced at the facility closest to your location to minimize shipping time.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Products & Sizing

Are your products true to size?
Our apparel generally runs true to size. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

How do I care for my garment?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Proper care extends the life of your design.

What materials are used?
Our premium unisex crewneck t-shirts are made from high-quality cotton or cotton-blend fabric. Specific material details are listed on each product page.

Print Quality

How is the print quality?
We use premium direct-to-garment (DTG) printing through Gelato's network. Colors are vibrant and designs are durable when care instructions are followed.

Will the design fade over time?
With proper care (cold wash, low heat dry, inside out), your print should maintain its quality through many washes.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

How do I report a damaged or defective item?
Email us at paul.smith@kjvwordlightthreads.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go into production quickly. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
