Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

As our products are printed on demand, we do not require items to be physically returned. Simply contact us with a photo of the issue and we'll resolve it directly. "Replacements are issued at our sole discretion upon review of photo evidence. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not clearly show a manufacturing defect or damage."

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement at no cost. Please contact us at paul.smith@kjvwordlightthreads.com with a photo of the issue and we'll take care of it promptly.

European Union 14-day cooling off period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at paul.smith@kjvwordlightthreads.com.
