Thank you for supporting KJV Word & Light Threads. All products are printed on demand in the USA — each item is made to order just for you. Because of this made-to-order process, we cannot restock returned items.
Non-Returnable Items:
All apparel, tumblers, journals, and accessories are non-returnable for reasons such as wrong size ordered, color preference, or change of mind. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. If you need help with sizing, contact us before you order at paul.smith@kjvwordlightthreads.com — email us your height/weight and we'll recommend your size.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
We stand behind every order. We will gladly replace or reprint your item at no cost if it arrives defective, damaged in transit, misprinted, or incorrect.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at paul.smith@kjvwordlightthreads.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
No Physical Return Required
As a print-on-demand store, we do not require items to be physically returned. Issues are resolved through photo review only.
Replacements Only
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for buyer's remorse. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost upon approval.
Refunds:
