No. We're online-only and print-on-demand via Printful to avoid inventory waste. No local pickup.

No. All orders are fulfilled through our print partner Printful and shipped directly to you. Free US Shipping on all retail orders.

Our online store is open 24/7. Customer support is Monday–Friday 9am–5pm Mountain Time. Closed weekends/holidays for family/church.

Within 1 business day Mon–Fri. Weekend inquiries answered Monday. No bots — real person rooted in faith.

03.01 — What types of products do you sell?
KJV scripture-forward apparel and gifts: T-shirts (Bella+Canvas 3001), hoodies, 20oz tumblers, mugs, journals, tote bags, wall art. All word-for-word KJV, no paraphrase.

03.02 — Are your products made locally?
Bella+Canvas premium blanks, printed made-to-order in the USA through our partner Printful. No inventory. No waste. Printed in 3–5 business days.

03.03 — What sizes do you carry?
XS–5XL true to size on Bella+Canvas. See size chart on each product page. Fitted, not boxy.

03.04 — Do you restock?
We never need to restock — everything is made to order. If a size/color is listed, it's available.

03.05 — Can I request a custom design?
Yes. See our Wholesale / Custom / Bulk page. Tell us verse, idea, personalization. We work with you to bring it to life. No obligation until invoice confirmation.

03.06 — Do you sell KJV Bibles?
No, apparel and gifts only. We point you to a local church that preaches the KJV. Our mission is Wear the Word. Walk in the Light.

04 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

04.01 — What payment methods do you accept?
Shopify Payments: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Secure checkout.

04.02 — Is sales tax included?
No, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address per state law.

04.03 — Do you offer church / bulk discounts?
Yes. Bulk 6+ gets a custom quote. Retail: Free US Shipping, no minimum. Wholesale/Bulk: Shipping at cost quoted upfront — $25 flat-rate over $500, Free over $1,000. Email paul.smith@kjvwordlightthreads.com with subject: Wholesale Inquiry.

04.04 — Do you have a loyalty or referral program?
Yes. VIP Loyalty Circle: 1 point per $1, bonus points on launches, 15% off welcome + 50 bonus points, early access, birthday reward. Tiers: Word Seeker (0–250), Light Bearer (250–750), Thread Keeper (750+). Plus Affiliate Program: 30-day cookie, free to join, instant approval.

05 — SHIPPING

05.01 — How long does shipping take?
Printed in 3–5 business days, delivered in 7–11 business days after order via Printful. Tracking emailed when fulfilled.

05.02 — Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free US Shipping on every retail order, no minimum. Wholesale/Bulk: Quoted upfront — $25 flat over $500, Free over $1,000.

05.03 — Do you ship internationally?
No. US only at this time to keep free shipping and quality control.

05.04 — Will I get tracking?
Yes. Tracking link sent by email from Printful once your order is fulfilled.

05.05 — Who fulfills my order?
Printful, our print-on-demand partner, using Bella+Canvas blanks. Made in USA.

05.06 — Can I expedite shipping?
No expedited option currently — all orders are made to order with a 3–5 day print time. Plan for men's events/conferences accordingly and order early.

06 — POLICIES

06.01 — What is your return policy?
Made to order, so no returns for buyer's remorse or size preference. We only accept replacements if defective, damaged, or wrong item sent. Email a photo within 7 days to paul.smith@kjvwordlightthreads.com. See full Refund & Replacement Policy page.

06.02 — Can I return for wrong size?
No — please check the size chart (XS–5XL) before ordering. If we sent the wrong size vs. what you ordered, that's on us and we replace free.

06.03 — What if my item arrives damaged?
Email paul.smith@kjvwordlightthreads.com within 7 days with a photo of the damage and your order number. We replace or refund per policy after review with Printful.

07.01 — Is your store family friendly?
Yes. KJV scripture only, no profanity, no suggestive content. Built for men but safe for the whole family.

Every shirt is a tract. Matthew 28:19. We put the light of God's Word on every chest that will carry it into grocery stores, gyms, job sites. Apparel funds outreach without compromise.

08.02 — Is this a nonprofit or a business?
For-profit small business founded 2024 by Paul Smith in Farmington, NM. No investors. No board. Just conviction. Mission-driven, not non-profit.
